No. IMMI is an independent private agency operated by IMMI TOURISM L.L.C-FZ (Licence No. 2644940.01). We help you prepare and submit your UAE visa application; visa decisions are made solely by the UAE authorities.

Citizens of GCC countries and around 50 nationalities, including the US, UK, EU, Australia and Japan, receive a visa on arrival. All other nationalities must apply for a UAE eVisa in advance.

Most applications are processed within 2 to 4 working days. Applications submitted on Sundays or public holidays may take longer, so apply at least one week before your travel date.

A passport valid for at least 6 months and a recent passport-size photo on a white background. A return ticket and proof of accommodation are advised; some nationalities need extra documents.

Your UAE eVisa is valid at all official UAE ports of entry, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah international airports, and UAE sea and land border crossings.

Most tourist visas can be extended once from inside the UAE before they expire. Contact our support team before your visa expires and we will guide you.
